2/24/11 Gulf Shores, Alabama

Small theater-only 600 people. They were so very happy to see the show.I was told that the larger theater was destroyed by hurricane Katrina. The dressing rooms were tents outside. Sold out in 15 days, & they added seats!

Valdosta, Georgia Feb. 22, 2011

 Fun was had at poolside in Valdosta, Georgia. Sebastian was almost thrown into the freezing cold pool, but saved at the last minute!!  HAd a good show, then late night snack at Waffle House.   Cast got to come out into the audience after the show for a "meet n' greet", so I was very excited to get a photo of him in his "band uniform". Got to sign playbills & pose with audience members.  Good times.

St. Pete Times

Delray, Florida. Feb 18-20, 2011.

Five shows in 3 days at Delray, Fl.  Also got to spend 2 nights with Daddy, Honey & Sweetie!!  The theatre was sold out all 5 performances!!     The director, Paula did a ''surprise drop in" to check on the show.  At the sat matinee, we got to see friends from Tampa, Ruth Levy & her daughter, Jaqi.  (Thanks for coming, you two!!)
Had a fun/busy weekend with daddy & the dogs there. Got to walk around all the neat shops & restaurants in Delray.  It is a beautiful little town. There was a big International Tennis event going on there also. Ed & I got to go to a disgusting laundrymat. See attached photos......

In Valdosta, Ga tonight. No show today/night. Nice dinner at hotel , TV, & now bed!!

Lakeland, Florida.

So many great friends & family came last night to see the show in Lakeland.  There were at least 50 people that drove over & I think they all enjoyed it!!! A bus came from the Carrollwood Cultural Center, with Elia, Vicki, Dee, JJ, Eve, Kim, Kendra, Midge ,Gretchen, Helen ,Nana Joan, Nana Char, Gramps, Mrs Rey, and I am sure I am forgetting some, so sorry!  Also those not riding bus, Bobby, Chris, Brandon, Michelle, Lindsey, Audrey, Pat, John, Fred, Fred's mom, Ryan, Brie, Connie, Wendy, Pat, Carlyn, Keith, Sherri, Dr Thunder wiener, Jenine, Grace, Grace's mom-in-law, Kim, Cayman, Cassidy, Itzy & Carolyn. Hope I am not forgetting again.... Also thanks to those of you that brought us goodies & gifts....you know who you are......

Bunnell, Fl. Flager Auditorium. 2-15-11

Had a great show in Bunnell last night. Our friend Kendra had told her mom & she came with some friends.  After we met Jean & her friends, there was a playground near the theater, that "the kids" played on.It is so nice to be back in Florida!! Can't wait to see our friends & family in Lakeland tonight!!!!

Miramar, Fl

Another great show, and Daddy visit!!  Had a great dinner with Scott, Kim, Mike & Meryl & Eddie in Pembroke Pines.  Then 8pm show with the same people!!  Plus we all got to sit together. How lucky was that.!!  Ed brought Honey & Sweetie too, so will post that tomorrow. Stii driving to hotel in Ft Pierce.  Tired!!  Sebastian asleep in backseat with both dogs.  So cute!

Orange Park, Fl

Yay!!  Back in Fl.  In Orange park, ( near Jacksonville).  A great article was sent to me today about Sebastian in the St Pete Times!!  It is a really nice article. I shared the link on this "sbout me" section. Have a 7:30 show tonight. Rhonda's mom & family is coming. Get to see Ed & THE DOGS tomorrow in Miramar!!!   Can't wait!!  We have not seen the dogs since the day after Christmas!!

Newberry, South Carolina

Have not been on this great new blog lately.  We are in Newberry ,South Carolina, & I LOVE the southern hospitality!!  We had a FANTASTIC meal last night at Demater's Restaurant. Sebastian had an old favorite--shrimp & grits!  I had a steak--as I had not had one since before we left Tampa!!  It was so nice to just sit down & be served, with real plates, silverware, & glasses!! Two shows today...one down. another standing ovation.   Tomorrow we head for Orange Park, Fl.  My wonderful friend Rhonda will NOT be able to make it from Savannah, but her mom & sister-in-law will be there! 

Finally got this blog started!!

After spending last 2 nights in Iowa--stuck in a blizzard--we are now on our way SOUTH!!  Going as far as St Louis tonight then heading down to Somerset, Kentucky.  Will be so glad to get out this snow for  a while!  Sebastian is having the time of his life. He is loving this tour & his fellow castmates. I am going to try to figure out how to post photos on this & keep everyone updated on the Music Man National Tour!!
